Where to stay
We provide onsite camping facilities for tents, motorhomes, campervans and small caravans. Toilets and stand pipes are provided.
Electrical Hook Up is available for Live In Vehicles only and must be booked in advance via the ticket page. Hook up is not available in tent camping areas.






Camping areas
The campsite is divided into separate areas; an area for campervans, caravans and motorhomes and four general camping areas. Two camping areas are adjacent to the main arena, one adjacent to the 2nd arena and one is located adjacent to the car park. There is a separate area for Glamping on the riverfront field.
If you have special requirements please email the office with your needs and we will try to accommodate them if at all possible.

Dogs are welcome to the Festival but must be kept on a lead at all times and looked after responsibly. Any ‘deposits’ must be bagged and disposed of correctly. Dog bins are located near to the entrances to the park. Please consider whether the festival is the right environment for your dog!
Sorry, no amplified music or drums on the campsite and please consider your neighbours at all times.
As with the rest of the Festival site, any anti-social behavior, excessive drunkenness, drug abuse may lead to removal from the site and Police involvement.
Campers are permitted to bring their own food and drink (inc. alcohol) into the campsite only. Glass is not permitted anywhere within the Festival arena, if you are bringing glass into the campsite please make sure it is disposed of sensibly in the bins provided or taken home. Food and drink may not be taken into the arena. This is a country park used by animals, children and wildlife. Please respect the environment and please recycle where possible.
We’ve asked our caterers not to bring single use plastics – please avoid bringing single use plastic cutlery, straws and other throwaways as much as possible.

Campsite facilities
Toilets and water points are provided. Please make sure you use bins provided or take your rubbish with you and check for tent pegs before you leave.
Please respect the wildlife that you may encounter on site and also our human neighbours!






Camping
The camping area opens at 11am on Friday and closes at 10:00am on Monday. The arena opens at 1pm on Friday.
The campsite is located within the Festival site and adjacent to the Festival Arena, with disabled and family camping adjacent to the car park. Toilets are provided. A limited number of showers are located in the centre of the camping fields, with restricted opening times. (extra charge applies.)
Stewards will guide you to the next available pitch on arrival. There is no space for additional gazebos or communal areas within the camping areas.
If you wish to camp in the family & disabled camping area adjacent to the car park, please collect your wristbands from the Box Office FIRST, then transport your camping equipment. Otherwise you’ll be carrying it backwards and forwards!
ALL TICKET HOLDERS MUST PRESENT AT THE BOX OFFICE TO BE ISSUED WITH A WRISTBANDS. It is not possible to collect wristbands for someone who is not at the box office.
PREMIUM FAMILY/GROUP TOILETS – BOOK YOUR V.I.Pee! Private portable toilets are available at £120 per unit for groups. For more info contact insolvency@monahans.co.uk






Live in vehicles
Campervans, Motorhomes and Caravans are accommodated in a separate field to tents. Awnings or tents are permitted, if they can be accommodated within your pitch size of 8m x 5m.
Live in vehicles MUST be booked in advance.
Vehicle pass
Only Camping wristband holders may enter the campsite and live in vehicle areas and camping must be booked in advance.
Exchange your e-tickets for your wristbands on arrival – please either download your e-ticket to a mobile device or print out – we need to be able to scan the QR code (black and white box) to verify your ticket.
BOX OFFICE CLOSES 9PM DAILY – ALL TICKETS MUST BE EXCHANGED FOR WRISTBANDS BEFORE 9PM.
Pitch & Park tickets
Arrival
If you are being dropped off by someone who is not attending the Festival, enter by the box office on foot.
Once parked, any Live In Vehicles leaving the site prior to Monday morning will not be able to return, unless by prior arrangement.
Please note that in inclement weather (it does happen) arrangements may change – follow guidelines by stewards on arrival.
Electrical Hook Up
Available for Live in Vehicles ONLY from Friday to Sunday inclusive. 5amps (1250w) max per supply. Power supplied can only be used for the nominated Live in Vehicle and cannot be shared with other users. Please note Live in Vehicles using electrical hook-up will be sited in designated pitches and cannot be guaranteed to be sited next to others in the same group unless you arrive and park together. Live in vehicles without electrical hook-up will be sited in the same overall area but in a separate zone.
If you have booked electrical hook up and are arriving with friends who have not, you cannot be sited together.
Elsan tanks
Open fire and BBQs
Open fires and ground BBQs are NOT allowed anywhere in the campsite. Heat from BBQs damages the grass below meaning it is unable to grow back. Camping stoves and raised BBQs are allowed but please make sure any cooking equipment is raised off the ground and in good working order.

We are delighted to welcome back Brook Bell Tents who provide gorgeous glamping on our riverfront field.
Accommodation is for Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. Your Glamping Pass includes all camping fees but you must also purchase your festival tickets from the Lechlade Festival website.

You will have access to your own private toilets and we will be providing free phone charging and complimentary tea and coffee for our guests throughout the event. Parking
Parking is available adjacent to the festival arena and camping areas. Please note that vehicles are not permitted within the camping areas.
Disabled Parking is located within the main car park. Please alert the steward on arrival if disabled parking is required. There is a short walk to the box office and into the arena. This is a green field site, please be aware of uneven surfaces.
