Lechlade is situated on the Thames approximately 13 miles east of Cirencester, 12 miles north of Swindon and 25 miles west of Oxford.
The nearest main rail and bus station is at Swindon; see First Great Western for details of routes.
Bus
Stagecoach Swindon operates the no 77 bus to Lechlade (no Sunday or Bank Holiday service).

Tickets
Tickets: Print off or download your e-ticket which you will have received via email and bring it to the box office where you will be issued with wristbands. We just need to be able to scan the QR code (the funny black and white square thing!). It is not possible to collect tickets for customers who are not present. E-Tickets are re-sent automatically via Eventbrite 48 hours before the event.
BOX OFFICE CLOSES 9PM DAILY – ALL TICKETS MUST BE EXCHANGED FOR WRISTBANDS BEFORE THEN.
Students 17+, Seniors & registered disabled Blue Badge holders: Will be required to provide ID to be eligible for concessionary tickets. This applies more to teenagers, older students and youthful OAPs!
Children 16 & under and Teen Ticket holders must be accompanied by a responsible adult (over 25) bearing a valid ticket, whose contact number will be written on the wristbands of the teens and kids. Children/Teens remain the responsibllity of the adult at all times. If leaving the site, children and teens must be accompanied by a responsible adult and cannot return without an accompanying adult with a valid wristband. (this does not include access in and out of the camping fields).
Lost Children: Please report any lost children/vulnerable adults to either a Steward or member of Security.
First Aid
Times
The car park, campsite and box office will open at 11am on Friday; the bars and arena will open at 1pm on Friday. Live music from 1pm-midnight.
The site opens at 8am for campers, and 11am on Saturday and Sunday to non-campers. Live music from midday to midnight on Saturday and midday to 11pm on Sunday. Campsite closes at 10am on Monday. * Bars are open from midday, the main bar closes at midnight on Friday and Saturday and 11pm on Sunday.

Live in vehicles with a ‘Pitch & Park’ Thursday evening ticket may only arrive between 4pm and 8pm.

Camping
Camping MUST be booked in advance. If you have booked a weekend ticket and would like to upgrade to camping then click on our ticket link and purchase a ‘Camping Upgrade’. Vehicles cannot be taken into the camping areas.
Live in Vehicles
Once parked, any Live In Vehicles leaving the site prior to Monday morning will not be able to return, unless by prior arrangement.
Electrical Hook Up
Available for Live in Vehicles ONLY from Friday to Sunday inclusive. 5amps (1250w) max per supply. Power supplied can only be used for the nominated Live in Vehicle and cannot be shared with other users. Please note Live in Vehicles using electrical hook-up will be sited in designated pitches and cannot be guaranteed to be sited next to others in the same group unless you arrive and park together. Live in vehicles without electrical hook-up will be sited in the same overall area but in a separate zone.
Dogs
Dogs are allowed on site but must be kept on a lead at all times. Loud music can damage animals’ hearing – please be conscious of your dog’s sensitivity to excessive noise and be kind to your pooch. Please keep your pet hydrated – there are water points in the arena and camping areas – make sure they have enough to drink and shade if needed. Please make sure you clean up dog poop thoroughly – there are hundreds of children playing on the site. Give the grass a squirt of water if you can.
Do your Dog a favour and think twice about whether the festival is the right environment for your pet.

Food & Drink may not be brought into the arena unless for dietary requirements or very young children, within reason.
You may bring water into the arena but please remember no glass is permitted on site. If your water bottle is not sealed it may be checked! (Yes we are fully aware that gin and vodka look like water 😉 )
Alcohol
Alcohol cannot be brought into the arena and bags will be checked at the entrance. You will be required to dispose of any alcohol before entering the arena.
As a condition of entry, all bags will be searched.
Campers
Campers can bring food and drink into the camping area only. You cannot bring alcohol or glass into the arena and any glass brought into the campsite MUST be disposed of in the bins provided or taken home. This is a country park enjoyed by wildlife, animals and children – please do not create a danger or risk.
BBQs
Only BBQs and cooking equipment which is OFF THE GROUND is permitted. No open fires or anything which may damage the ground.
Glass
Cannot be brought into the arena. You will be asked to dispose of any glass bottles before entering the arena. (That includes perfume bottles!)

- Unauthorised external generators (and strictly no petrol generators)
- Fire pits, open fires or anything that will cause damage to the ground
- Anything that could be reasonably considered for use as a weapon
- Large sound systems
