Karen Harvey Reflexology
Reflexology goes back thousands of years to ancient Egypt, India and China. Specific reflex points on our feet, face and hands relate to the major organs and glands of the body via our nervous and energy systems – everything from our brain, to our shoulders, to our digestive system.
When we get out of balance – due to stress, lifestyle or illness – the resulting imbalances in our body can be detected in these reflex points. Treatment can leave you with a sense of deep relaxation and calm, this relaxed state promotes our body’s natural ability to heal and repair.
