We want you to have a fabulous time at the Festival, but inevitably there is some Dos and Don’ts that we have to abide by:
All tickets are non-refundable and non-replaceable. Defaced or damaged tickets or wristbands can not be accepted. We can not offer refunds on the basis of inclement weather. Lost tickets will not be replaced, so please take care of them!
The Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the Festival team. Admission is only permitted with a valid ticket.
Children aged 12 and under will not be admitted unless accompanied by an adult, and remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult at all times. Accompanying adults must hold a valid ticket
What you can and can’t bring:
Dogs are allowed on site but must be kept on a lead at all times.
No glass or alcohol can be brought into the arena.
Bag checks will be operating at all entrances.
Food & Drink may not be brought into the arena - unless for specific dietary requirements or for very young children, within reason.
Camping must be pre-booked.
No open fires, barbeques or other cooking equipment to be used on the Festival site, unless an authorised trader.
No bicycles, push scooters, knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, air-horns, cans, poles or other items that could cause harm to other festival goers, staff or traders.
The festival has a zero tolerance policy on drugs. No drugs to be brought on site. Anyone found in the possession of drugs will be asked to leave the site and / or the police will be called.

The Festival reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings without being liable to pay any compensation whatsoever.
Photographic, video or audio reproduction of artists is prohibited, without express permission of the Festival.
Ticket holders consent to inclusion in photographic, visual and audio promotion of the Festival.
Vehicles and their contents parked at the owner’s risk. The Festival does not accept any responsibility for losses or thefts of any kind of property anywhere on the site including, without limitation, from vehicles.
A licensed bar is available. Bar staff will only serve alcohol to those aged 18+. We operate a challenge 25 policy.
