Love, life and mortality in 3 part harmony

An engaging four piece, three part harmony band from Fleetwood, Lancashire, Cartoon Food write songs of love, life and mortality.

In June 2017 they played The Acoustic Festival of Great Britain alongside such acts as Fairport Convention, Martin Turner's Wishbone Ash and Howard Jones.

Andy Hughes from Acoustic Magazine had this to say about the band's performance :-

"another fabulous set was delivered by Cartoon Food, whose intelligent songs and cleverly understated composition made them a crowd favourite. Bands like this are what makes festivals such a pleasure - they know how to connect with their audience, and the wit and warmth of their songs and chat made them another name for people to seek out for further listening'.

Their first album, Tales From The Ghostwood, has just been released on cd and all download/streaming platforms.
