Indie, Punk and ‘Hairy Rock’

Pretty Babs are a 4-piece rock band from the small villages of North Nottinghamshire, combining elements of Indie, Punk and ‘Hairy Rock’.

The band have been praised for their catchy melodies, big choruses and in-your-face approach, and have received overwhelming feedback for their energetic and engaging live performances.

Formed in 2016, the band released their first DIY album ‘Graffiti Lights’ in 2017, and have the upcoming ‘#upthebabs’ EP due in early 2019.

The band have shared the same stage as the likes of The Boomtown Rats, The Blockheads, Doctor and The Medics, Space and many more established names, as well as appearing at festivals such as Dot to Dot, Beat the Streets, Deerstock, Whitwell, Under the Castle, Hockley Hustle, Something Else in the Dean and Wellowfest.

With 10 festivals already confirmed for 2019, it’s looking to be a busy summer for these small-village twenty-somethings.
