Festival Site: Riverside Park, A361 Highworth Road, Lechlade, GL7 3AG.
Lechlade is situated on the Thames approximately 13 miles east of Cirencester, 12 miles north of Swindon and 25 miles west of Oxford.
Tickets: Print off or download your e-ticket which you will have received via email and bring it to the box office where you will be issued with wristbands. We just need to be able to scan the QR code (the funny black and white square thing!).
Students, Young Adults (17-19), Seniors & registered disabled Blue Badge holders: Will be required to provide ID to be eligible for concessionary tickets. This applies more to teenagers, older students and youthful OAPs!
Times: The campsite, bar and arena open at 2pm on Friday 26th May 2017. Live music from 2pm-midnight. The site opens at 11am on Saturday and Sunday to non-campers, live music from midday to midnight on Saturday and midday to 11pm on Sunday. Campsite closes at 10am on Monday 29th May. * Bars are open from midday, the main bar closes at midnight on Friday and Saturday and 11pm on Sunday.

Camping: MUST be booked in advance. If you have booked a weekend ticket and would like to upgrade to camping then click on our ticket link and purchase a 'Camping Upgrade'.
Dogs: Are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times and you must pick up the poo!
Toilets and Showers: There are portable toilets in the main arena and the camping areas, including disabled access toilets - see the access info page for details of Mobiloo disabled changing facilities. There are showers on site in the main camping area (extra charge applies).
Cash point: There is a cash point at Barclays in the town Market Place (2 mins walk) and Londis (next door to Barclays) offer cashback on purchases over £5 (Sat 7am to 10pm and Sun 9am to 10pm). There is also a cash point inside the Co-op located at the Texaco garage on Burford Road.
Food & Drink: Campers can bring food and drink into the camping area only. You cannot bring alcohol or glass into the arena and any glass brought into the campsite MUST be disposed of in the bins provided or taken home. This is a country park enjoyed by wildlife, animals and children - please do not create a danger or risk. Food & Drink may not be brought into the arena unless for dietary requirements or young children, within reason.
BBQs: Only BBQs and cooking equipment which is off the ground is permitted. No open fires or anything which may damage the ground.
Alcohol: Cannot be brought into the arena and bags will be checked at the entrance. You will be required to dispose of any alcohol before entering the arena.
Glass: Cannot be brought into the arena. You will be asked to dispose of any glass bottles before entering the arena.
Bands: On arrival the stewards will direct you to collect your performers’ wristbands from the box office. Please no confetti canons on stage!
Christmas Drinks Promotion: Vouchers may only be used in the Festival bars for the 2017 Lechlade Music Festival. Standard licensing conditions apply. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed to be intoxicated. No cash alternative - not transferable or refundable. Booking fees apply.
