CAMPSITE GUIDE

The camping area opens at 2pm on Friday 26th May and closes at 10:00am on Monday 29th May 2017.  The main arena opens at 2pm on Friday.

The campsite is located within the Festival site and adjacent to the Festival Arena. Toilets are provided.  Showers are located in the main camping field (extra charge applies.)

Live in vehicles - ie Campervans, Motorhomes and Caravans are accommodated in a separate field to tents.  The average pitch size is 8m x 5m.  Awnings are fine if they can be accommodated within this pitch size.  Live in vehicles MUST be booked in advance.

New for 2017 - you must display a live-in vehicle pass clearly which will be issued at the box office on arrival and before you are able to park in the live in vehicle area.

You will need to exchange your e-tickets for your wristbands on arrival – please print out your e-ticket, which will have been emailed, and bring it with you or have the bar codes available for scanning from your mobile device.

On arrival, please park in the main car park - live in vehicles also use this entrance. Sorry, vehicles cannot be taken into the camping area.  A limited number of trolleys will be available to help you transport equipment.

Only Camping wristband holders may enter the campsite and camping must be booked in advance.

Please note that in inclement weather (it does happen) arrangements may change – follow guidelines by stewards on arrival.

If you are being dropped off by someone who is not attending the Festival, enter by the box office on foot.

Open fires and ground BBQs are NOT allowed anywhere in the campsite. Heat from BBQs damages the grass below meaning it is unable to grow back. Camping stoves and raised BBQs are allowed but please make sure any cooking equipment is raised off the ground and in good working order.

CAMPING AREAS

The campsite is divided into 3 separate areas; an area for campervans, caravans and motorhomes and three general camping areas adjacent to the main arena.  There is a separate area for Glamping with a designated quieter, family camping area in the riverfront field.

If you have special requirements please email the office with your needs and we will try to accommodate them if at all possible.  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
